Celebrating Beethoven project: The complete Piano Sonatas
Starting from 2018, Ivan Donchev will undertake the presentation in the form of a lesson-concert and the full performance of all 32 Sonatas by L.van Beethoven at the Circolo degli Ufficiali in R ome, dividing the c ycle into nine programs and following as far as possible the chronological order of the works. The cycle will be completed by Donchev for the first time during the 2020/2021 concert season, thus honoring the 250th year since the birth of the genius of Bonn.
